Making time for yourself
We live in a busy world that can pull people in multiple directions at once. Feeling alone, misunderstood, empty and confused can be signs there is something missing. Taking time to assess your personal priorities, values and beliefs can help re-align daily satisfaction by how you use your time and mindset. By strengthening confidence, relationship skills, relaxation strategies and self awareness we can help navigate the world around us without getting lost in it. I work well with deep thinkers, compassionate advocates, and highly sensitive people. By fusing art therapy and talk therapy we get the benefits of self expression in two forms in one session.
